(The challenge)

Six apartments, a panoramic pool and centuries of history in Marling: the family wanted a site that carries the feeling of the place in German, Italian and English, and a simple way to manage enquiries, availability and content themselves.

(The solution)

A Next.js site with full-bleed photography and GSAP motion, an enquiry form whose calendar enforces the stay rules (Saturday to Saturday in high season, minimum nights) and a dashboard for enquiries, occupancy, apartments, texts, languages and seasons. New languages go live straight from the dashboard.
